Your product must be under warranty in order to obtain warranty service.
Coleman® products have a limited warranty from the date of original retail purchase that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. The length of the limited warranty may vary by product. The warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable.

Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. Coleman dealers, service centers, or retail stores selling Coleman products do not have the right to alter, modify or in any way change the terms and conditions of the warranty. Please refer to your product for the exact terms and conditions of the limited warranty for your purchase. The warranty included with your purchased product is your exclusive warranty.

If your product is defective and is within your warranty period, contact us at 1-800-835-3278 in order to receive a return authorization. Do not return product to Coleman without authorization. You will be directed to attach a tag to the product that includes your name, address, daytime telephone number and description of the problem. Include a copy of the original sales receipt. Carefully package the product and send insured by UPS, FedEx Ground or Parcel Post with shipping and insurance prepaid to:

Do not mail products with fuel in tanks, or with disposable propane cylinders. Remove glass globes from lanterns and wrap separately.

Avex Limited Lifetime Guarantee

We are proud of the design, quality, materials and reliable workmanship that goes into each AVEX product. We go to great lengths to create a truly superior product. As such, we back our products with the AVEX Limited Lifetime Guarantee against any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

The AVEX Limited Lifetime Guarantee applies to mugs, bottles and replacement lids purchased and used in the United States and Canada only. Normal wear and tear, such as dents, scratches, fading, paint chips, accidental damage including dropped product, product misuse and improper care are not covered under the AVEX Limited Lifetime Guarantee. Cleaning related issues, accessories, including straws and brushes, are also excluded. Product must be purchased from an authorized AVEX retailer for the Limited Lifetime Guarantee to apply.

We are happy to assist you should you experience a material or workmanship issue with your AVEX product. Simply fill out the form and we will promptly respond to your inquiry within 2-3 weeks. Please note that it may be faster and more convenient to return your AVEX product to the retailer to minimize the time without your product and avoid shipping charges. We do not offer monetary reimbursement nor is the Guarantee transferable. AVEX will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defect in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product. We strive to quickly replace defective products with current inventory and sometimes that means a comparable product. Return shipping charges are not covered by Avex.

The total liability of AVEX for any loss or damage, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price of the AVEX product. In no event shall AVEX be liable for consequential, incidental or special damages of any kind. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
